Long Term High Risk Employee Profile How Is Local & Remote Management Compromised and Disadvantaged When Dealing With Long Term High Risk Employees?

About

Undercover Operator Observations

Long Term High Risk Employee Profile:

The fact is, most Long Term High Risk Employees have strong leadership abilities and influencing skills.  They just continue to practice habitual counterproductive behaviors that have no place in your organization.

The
Long Term High Risk Employee { LTHRO } may possess any number of the following traits:
  • -  They are negligent.
  • -  They are brilliant story tellers and can spin doctor almost anything and anybody.
  • -  People love to listen to them speak, tell stories and crack jokes.
  • -  They can be viewed as pleasant, easy to get along with and harmless in which case people are more likely to overlook their shortcomings.  They can be very disarming.
  • -  They are very influential.
  • -  They are quite often loved and protected like family members.
  • -  They can be very manipulative in a counterproductive fashion.  (To be clear, there is a time and place for manipulation but, never in the hands of a low level employee for their own personal gain at the expense of their employer.)
  • -  Their counterproductive behavior can be infectious, and does enable counterproductive behavior among other employees.
  • -  They can be aggressive and intimidating where many of their counterparts fear them.
  • -  They can be violent.
  • -  They are dangerous.
  • -  They build brilliant sophisticated social support network of alliances which ultimately includes those with authority which enables their continued counterproductive behavior and damage to your business.
  • -  They are entitlement bound.
  • -  They are deceptive.
  • -  All high risk operators possess significant sociopathic pathological behavior patterns and may actually be psychopaths.  Some people recognize this and few understand the depths to which it can be taken.
  • -  They know how to poison the well water and get away with it.
  • -  They limit the free-flow of information within a work group.
  • -  They can cause good people to leave your business.
  • -  They always negatively impact your bottom line.
  • - They are very adapt at emotionally hijacking and impairing the executive decision make power of those around them.  They are masters of this.  This colors perception and dictates judgement of those around them.

And yet, LTHROs persist in the work environment.

I have personally witnessed this type of personality and ongoing danger far too often.

Basically a gifted individual who
abuses that gift as a consequence of
defective integrity
and
habitual counterproductive life practices.

There are very few people that possess a strong acuity for identifying and eliminating this type of highly skilled personality from your organization.

You need a specialist to do the job.

The
LTHRO is a real con artists, that is highly skilled at social camouflage, deception and manipulation.  This personality type is always present in small and large work groups.  Fact is, they can be very adapt at making themselves a high functioning and influential member of a social group at work and blend in very well.  They know how to develop a rapport and bond with persons in their midst.

The LTHRO will  gaslight, malign and discredit anyone who gets in his or her way.  They use their social position and manipulation skills to hijack the minds of their superiors to convince them that their accusers are the problem.  We will flip the script on those shenanigans with digital videos and photos along with bypassing those superiors they have influence over and presenting collected intelligence to a higher authority in your organization.  This goes on more often than most people imagine.

Few people have the {Acuity} ability to identify or the courage to turn-in an individual that has high social status in their work group, their profession and or, their community.  No one wants to look like the bad guy and suffer the wrath of one who can manipulate others.  No one wants to rat on one of their team members, or look like they are a stool-pigeon and loose the trust of friends and colleges.  After all, this type of behavior {ratting on one of your own} is considered to be antisocial, isn't it?  Any sociologist or psychologist worth their salt will tell you, all this compels counterproductive
behavior and coverup within any group.  I have experienced this frequently.

The
LTHRO may also be very accomplished at staging the work area so it "appears" as though work is in progress or work has been completed.  That will throw off most people who otherwise "might" be suspicious if they didn't see evidence of work being done.  I have witnessed that  as well.

Many
LTHROs exist in a variety of industries for decades before they cross paths with someone with sufficient acuity, aptitude, authority and courage to take care of them in a special way.  Most continue on to gain full pension and medical benefits for life.  That is a slap in the face to anyone of us who continuously puts in a honest days work to support the ongoing operations of their employer.  And you can bet the "retired" LTHRO is laughing about it all the way to the bank.  I have seen that too.

The Long Term High Risk Operator betrays
everybody and everything of value.
They possess a total disregard for your corporation's people and profits.

The undercover operator is here to weed out these insidious personalities, present a series of definitive digital photographs and video evidence with metadata overlays that defines their behavior so you may take appropriate action before they draw their next pay cheque or create their next hidden incident.  I will leave little question in your mind as to who is telling the truth, not who is telling the most convincing story by virtue of sensationalizing, dramatics, multiple lies for every truth and brilliant deception tactics.

A picture may be worth a thousand words
BUT,
multiple photos or a single video with metadata overlays can tell a lifetime story.

A possible solution:

The results are eye opening,
definitive and compelling.
It will make your decisions fast and easy.

The formula for superior results is to parachute in an undercover operator (qualified third party) who is truly impartial for accurate reporting results.  The undercover operator is not socially connected or live within a hundred miles of the plant site so as to limit bias in reporting integrity.  No one onsite is informed of the undercover operator's mission (This includes security, plant manager(s) and or plant superintendent(s) or area superintendent or manager or executive.  We need to limit information leakage ). The undercover operator, operates under an innocuous pretense for their personal protection, to preserve the integrity of the observations and to insure no one is alerted to the fact there is an observation in progress.  The undercover operator monitors plant operator behavior.

Once observations are complete { towards the end of the contract period }:

-  The
undercover operator generates a report(s) in the form of digital video(s), digital photo(s) with metadata overlays and word document(s).

-  This
revealing, laser targeted and infinitely definitive report is transported by the undercover operator observer to the appropriate persons at the head corporate offices.

-  The undercover operator will meet with those reviewing the information to answer all questions.

-  The information contained within the report will be impartially digested by select personnel without any influence from local plant contacts.  Thus, high quality decisions are made by the right people in the right location with the right information NOT socially biased local management.  Head office authorities will make decisions on disciplinary or dismissal actions to be taken.

-  Local management will NOT determine disciplinary actions or decide on termination as it is local management that allowed this
LTHRO to become malignant in the first place.

Polygraph verification is available for evidence validation purposes at the client's request.  Client may choose the polygraph administrator.  I do my best to eliminate the guess work and make the final decisions for your team to be fast, easy and with little or no guess work involved.

Different observation platforms may be available to suite the clients specific needs.

Whether it be one plant operator of one thousand plant operators, the undercover operator can weed out the the high risk employees to improve security, safety, public reputation and profitability for your corporation.

Incidents can go undetected and unrecorded.  Other incidents often can be erroneously reported as instrumentation or mechanical failures, or, or, or,...  Want to know why?  Read other pertinent parts of the website.  CLICK HERE.

Confidentiality on the part of both parties is an absolute so the investigation may bear credible fruit.  Confidentiality assures the undercover operator's safety during and after the investigation.  It also preserves the opportunity for the undercover operator to provide future investigations for the same client.

For as long as there are no information leaks, I can continue to provide services to your corporation.

Available for assignment in Canada, the USA, Britain, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany and Japan.
